Some serious side effects can be high blood pressure, heart attack, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, blood clots, liver disease and stroke.
If someone has overdosed and has serious symptoms such as passing out or trouble breathing, call 911. Otherwise, call a poison control center right away. US residents can call their local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea and vomiting, sudden/unusual vaginal bleeding.
If you are pregnant. If you have breast cancer, hepatic tumors or hepatic disease, undiagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding, if you use hepatitis C drugs. If you have a history of blood clots, stroke, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus with vascular disease, hypertension (uncontrolled), headaches, migraine headaches, thrombogenic valvular or rhythm diseases of the heart, women >35 years who smoke.
